I’ve got health issues and went to The giving tree. Saw Gigi. She absolutely took care of me. Informed me and let me know what was best for me as well as my health issues being addressed. Nowhere in DC or Maryland was I treated so respectfully.
Love Giving Tree! Def one of my favorite spots. Gifts are great and stall is always super helpful and friendly:)
Never open on time, hours keep changing. Offers low tier weed, but…. Never has any. Out of all the trash smoke shops on H. This one has definitely been a waste of time. Everytime.
I enjoyed this shop when I went. It is definitely one of the better ones in the area and I really love the concept of their brand, giving, creative, open to the community.

first time here… prices are amazing and in tandem of ant’s customer service, great energy and phenomenal knowledge base of my options. in a nutshell, yes i will drive all the way from catonsville to return here!
I had the worst experience here ever yesterday granted it was break time and raining. I did call before I came and inquired about a particular item just to be sure it was in stock it was I was on my way. The sign for a break was on the door I called to be sure the young lady with locs answered and rudely said “Don’t you see the sign and hung up” came out went back in then of course went on break a line began to form it was shift change as we’re waiting I mentioned I’m the customer that called and who she had hung up on she says “Sorry if you feel you got hung up on” I let her know it wasn’t anything I felt and what had actually occurred and could’ve definitely been handled better reminder I was the only one outside in the rain for almost 20 minutes at the beginning of the break. Get the counter then mentions they only take cash. Very snarky and rude and could’ve mentioned that cash was the only form of payment accepted before her break and if course the atm inside at the time wasn’t working. I haven’t received that type of rude poor customer service ever and especially not from the previous associates. That young lady was beyond rude and unhelpful and needs training on professionalism and how to talk to customers. I will be warning others about this particular young lady but Gigi is Golden in my book thank you for always being helpful informative professional and pleasant.
I loved the ambiance when I walked in, it smells so good and holistic. They have amazing art as well. I want to give a big thanks to the employee Kim was pleasant to meet and she had a well understanding of the business.
Best experience nice service and staff very respectable and understanding of your needs. THE BEST

With the plethora of options available, it’s not an easy task to stand out and Giving Tree 100% manages to. There is beauty in the art and vibe, and more importantly in the people. Gigi is easily the warmest person I’ve ever encountered in the scene or possibly ever, a true ray of sunshine who knows her stuff and will take the time to make sure you are taken care of. Make sure to call & go when she’s working!

Every single time I go to The Giving Tree, the local artists and their artwork are PHENOMENAL!!! I love giving back into the community and this company does it RIGHT. Never once had issues nor complaints while the customer service is always Top Tier quality.
I was visiting from out of town, and a friend recommended the Giving Tree. I’m definitely glad I took their advice. The staff is super helpful/knowledgeable, and the vibe inside is great. If you’re swinging by, remember to bring cash, but they also have an atm in the back just in case.
